On behalf of our client, a large Swiss bank in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Front Support Specialist.
Location: Luxembourg
Start date: ASAP
End date: 30.09.2025
Main responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for front office issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Analyze and resolve process and system challenges to improve operational efficiency.
- Mitigate operational and reputational risks by addressing root causes of disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce manual workarounds, and improve workflows.
- Provide knowledge sharing and training to enhance front-office capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement systemic improvements.
Your skills:
- Degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with risk management tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and their operations.
- Proven experience in the financial industry, particularly in front-office or operational roles.
- Technical expertise with trading systems, financial software, and process automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish or French is a plus.
