Who I am and how I can help you:

Having worked in IT recruitment since 1996, I’ve worn different hats in my career. I’ve developed an in-depth understanding of the recruiting lifecycle as well as what it takes to build a team dedicated to delivering a consistent level of service to clients and candidates alike.

In my current role, I work closely with our Country Director and the rest of the management team to develop our sales and recruitment processes. I also support the team in responding to RFPs and bids in the Suisse Romande area.

What makes my job challenging and satisfying at the same time is that no two days are alike. It requires me to regularly switch my perspective from that of a recruiter, project manager. mentor or consultant in order to operationalise the ideas and initiatives coming from the management team.
