Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Application Development Manager.

Location: Zürich

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Main responsibilities

• Advancing the customer base through initiatives like digital onboarding and analytical framework development.
• Implementing change requests, managing incidents and defects, and overseeing release management.
• Leading projects and continuously enhancing our applications to meet evolving requirements.
• Effectively communicating with all stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
• Representing and advocating for the Migros Bank in internal and external forums.

Your skills:

• Higher education in Business Informatics or a related field (HF, FH, Dipl.).
• Several years of experience in a similar function in the banking sector, with a focus on business informatics.
• Proficiency in both German (negotiation level) and English (good knowledge).
• Sound IT knowledge in the banking environment and strong analytical capabilities.
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Enjoyment of collaboration with specialists across functional boundaries and hierarchy levels.
