On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Azure DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer.

Main responsibilities
- Manage on-premise and cloud-based Active Directory services, domain controllers, and Azure IaaS infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or Azure ARM templates for provisioning Azure resources.
- Reverse engineer and analyze Active Directory services and infrastructure to optimize performance, security, and availability.
- Operate and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate deployments, updates, and infrastructure changes.
- Oversee the entire Azure IaaS stack, including domain controllers, networking, storage, backup, hypervisor, and systems management tools.
- Define SLOs, availability targets, and error budgets for Active Directory and Azure IaaS services to improve reliability and reduce costs.
Your skills:
- Strong experience managing Azure IaaS environments and on-prem Active Directory (on-prem AD experience is a plus, but Azure expertise is a must).
- Strong experience applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform, Bicep, and/or Azure ARM templates.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, or Docker).
- Ability to analyze and optimize Active Directory and cloud-based infrastructure for performance and security.
- Strong reverse engineering skills across diverse technology stacks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with 3rd-party vendors and internal teams.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
