Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical implementation of interfaces, ensuring alignment with business requirements. This will involve managing remote developer teams on a daily basis to ensure accurate technical integration and functional mapping. Additionally, you will autonomously manage dependencies with other project teams within the program
• You will lead the customer stream planning and provide clear progress reports
• Ability to define a need by its description but also by its limits.
• You will break down a solution into independent blocks in order to be able to implement them independently
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for business needs from internal and external clients, ensuring the definition and validation of requirements.
• You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the mapping of functions performed and to be performed by the information system, collaborating closely with architects
• You will outline the necessary tests to validate solution functionalities and generate the corresponding documentation

Your Skills:

• At least 7 years' experience in similar role
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of Front/Compliance topics: KYC
• Knowledge of investment constraints, restrictions and operational blocking. Knowledge of customer reporting is a plus
• Knowledge of API rest technology, ability to read JSON messages, used to work with DevOps and Microsoft Azure
• Structured, clear in descriptions and a strong team player
• Curious and have the ability to challenge existing process
• Knowledge of T24/Transact Temenos Core Banking (an advantage)
• Great and active listening skills and customer focus.
• Capacity to make banking language understandable to all stakeholders
• Able to pay attention to the detail and have an analytical spirit.
