Position Overview
The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) manages the order-to-cash process, ensures excellent customer service, and acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders via multiple channels and manage order confirmations in SAP.
Ensure timely order fulfillment, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Supply Chain.
Handle customer inquiries, logistics complaints, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer data and compliance with country-specific requirements.
Generate and manage shipping and export documentation.
Monitor consignment stocks and credit limits in collaboration with Finance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Requirements
Commercial education or relevant experience in Customer Care, logistics, or transportation.
Proficiency in SAP R3 SD and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Incoterms and insurance liability.
Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) are a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
