IT Product Manager - Digital Applications

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements, developing innovative solutions to address them.
• Lead end-to-end solution implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Work closely with various departments to gather insights and align objectives for effective implementation of business solutions.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify digital transformation opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new business solutions.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users during transitions to new processes and technologies.
• Evaluate and manage external vendors or partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Create comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

What do you bring:

• Experience in leading application development or off-the-shelf application implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of API management, architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in organizing and automating web application and API tests.
• Solid knowledge of cloud-based technologies, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong SQL skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both non-technical stakeholders and developer teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• You speak fluent English and feel comfortable in working in an English speaking environment

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like JIRA Software.
• Experience with Azure automation and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with ERP systems.
