Program Manager - Global Partner Solutions

Or client, a well-known IT brand, is looking for a Program Manager for 18 months in Zurich.

The Program Manager position is key to client's partner strategy as part of the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization. This role is responsible for coordination of strategic partner initiatives and delivering project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the creation and execution of an internal communication and change management plan.
• Keep track of deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders, prioritize work, and effectively communicate to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Understand and translate business requirements, goals, and objectives. Make use of tools and techniques to improve process efficiency.
• Take charge of strategic Swiss partner initiatives including monthly partner and flagship events (e.g. Inspire).
• Leverage insights and learnings to make sound planning decision. Share knowledge, feedback and best practices within the team.
• Create assets (PowerPoint Decks, Email templates, communications) for large audiences.
• Evangelize our Partner Transformation Mission. Understand the ecosystem and identify trends to land changes.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand, process and communicate complex topics to internal and external audiences.
• Strong cross-organizational communication skills /stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Microsoft Office skills. Profound knowledge of Excel is a plus.
• C2 level of English and German
