Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct and manage consulting and client projects focused on systems technology implementations.
• Cloud Integration: Oversee integration projects within our cloud solutions, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client goals.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to develop robust ICT strategies, define system requirements, and design effective IT solutions.
• Project Oversight: Plan and monitor project deliverables, deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and risk factors.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive status reports, identify deviations from project plans, and take proactive measures to address challenges.
• Change Management: Evaluate the impact of change requests and evolving project conditions, adapting strategies as needed.
• Solution Development: Craft and coordinate innovative solutions in partnership with clients.

Candidate Profile

• Professional Experience: Completed IT training with hands-on experience in related fields.
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in systems technology-including client-server infrastructures, networking, and Microsoft environments.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities paired with a methodical, goal-driven approach.
• Communication: A communicative, team-oriented personality with proficient German language skills.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Advanced education in computer science (HF/FH or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of data center operations.
  • Project management certifications with a proven track record in public sector projects.
  • A valid driver's license and personal transportation.
