Join Experis Basel as a Recruiter/Junior Sales Executive and embark on an exciting career. As a Recruiter you'll engage in the full recruitment lifecycle, employ innovative sourcing strategies, craft compelling resumes, and provide confident guidance to candidates. As a Junior Sales Executive you will focus of following generated leads, you'll identify business opportunities, focus on client engagement, conduct initial meetings, and pitch our services to large global companies.

Your Background:

• Some prior experience working in recruitment either in an agency environment or from an in-house role
• Fluent English is mandatory; German & French B1/B2
• Strong ability to develop relationships with people.
• Skilled in aspects of the sales process, including telephone prospecting, on-site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
• Initiative, drive, and ambition to succeed and meet/exceed targets.
• Positive approach with resilience.
• Willingness to work outside of normal hours to achieve objectives.
