On behalf of our Client, global healthcare company, we are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Leader.

Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive SAP FI (Financial Accounting) knowledge to optimize finance, controlling, reporting, and treasury applications. Integrate SAP FI with other modules and systems to enhance financial operations.
• Lead and mentor a team, manage collaborations with external SAP consultants, and ensure effective delivery of finance IT solutions.
• Identify and implement new technologies and SAP best practices. Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for SAP finance applications to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Manage complex SAP projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and finance, communicating the value of IT investments and aligning strategies with financial goals.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for finance IT initiatives to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of investments.

What do you bring:

• Experience in finance processes and SAP FI, with proven experience in leading finance IT initiatives and managing teams.
• Extensive expertise in SAP Financials and financial planning/reporting systems.
• Experienced in IT project management, with project management certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Structured, excellence-driven, and proactive in problem-solving and project delivery.

Location: Kanton Zurich

Type of employment: permanent position, hybrid mode
