Location: Bern Worblaufe, remote coordinated with the programme management

Workload percentage: 80-100%

Project: Client's existing SAP system landscape has reached the end of its life cycle. With the S/4 program, our client will not only replace today's complex ERP system with a new SAP solution by 2027, but will also take advantage of the opportunity to consistently simplify and standardize processes and systems across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating overarching data topics (including migration) in the S/4 program and primary contact person for the RE data leads and Senior Data Managers (data management organization SBB) as well as for the S/4 program
• Coordinating the data roles in the S/4 Shared Service Data Management program
• Coordinating conceptual data topics with specialist leads/enterprise architects as well as the key roles in the Digital Solutions program Extension of the migration concepts for the two larger implementation units (production passenger traffic and infrastructure) together with the RE data leads and risk management
• Controlling all financial resources and resources in the Shared Service Data Management

Your Skills:

• More than 5 years of experience in data management and data migration in complex SAP programs with the modules MM, PP, PM, QM, SD, LOG, PPM PS, FI
• Experience in agile project procedure and good knowledge in planning (dependencies), backlog management in complex Jira structures
• Risk management experience to identify and absorb risks in the ongoing migration process with subsequent clarification and remediation in cooperation with the teams
• Practical experience in data modeling with SAP data types
• Practical experience in data migration from SAP and NON-SAP data with migration automation tools
• Knowledge of data protection, data security and data archiving
• Practical experience with MDG and SAP data services
• Language skills: German and English fluent (C1)
