We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Site Project Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex software projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from inception to release, with a strong focus on maintaining software as a live service. You will manage and optimize critical software development processes, ensuring effective communication and alignment across stakeholders, while keeping a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer value.

You will support our client by:

- Lead end-to-end software projects, overseeing planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and improve software processes, including CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Manage live software services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Your specific background:

- 5+ years in technical project management with a strong background in software development and live service management.
-Proficiency with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and modern software architectures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross functional teams.
- Commitment to delivering user-centric software solutions.
- Not must haves: Familiarity with languages like Python, Java, or C++ and front-end frameworks is advantageous. Interested into VR/AR.
