Are you a Project/Program Manager with at least five years of professional experience and understanding of grant design and management requirements and processes ? Do you have experience with functional design of IT solutions for business end-users?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist, Operational Efficiency to join one of their clients, a non-profit international financing and partnership organization, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
Amongst other things you will be responsible for implementing the Grant Management operating framework and Operational Efficiency Framework, by providing the business integration and project management expertise for the grant management processes.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Advanced university degree in areas such as Operations, Finance, Public or Business Administration, Information Management, Public Health or other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years project/program management experience
- Qualification in project management or equivalent, or work experience in a project management, change management, or business improvement capacity
- Experience and understanding of grant design and management requirements and processes
- Experience with functional design of IT solutions for business end-users
- Written and spoken fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is required
