Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and ideally, SAP HCM-PY.
- Manage Swiss payroll accounting processes, including schemes, rules, and compliance requirements.
- Support HR workflows related to master data administration and compensation management.
- Analyze complex systems and data with strong technical proficiency and IT acumen.
- Deliver solutions with a focus on user-friendly designs and a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate in international projects to implement payroll best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and tax regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Knowledge: Advanced
- Swiss Payroll Accounting Expertise: Advanced
- HR Workflow Understanding: Advanced
- Analytical Skills and IT Affinity: High
- Languages: Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
- Flexibility: Able to work remotely with occasional on-site presence
- International Project Experience: High
