Surface Deal Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our client, a world leading IT company, in its deal concierge team as Deal Coordinator for the Swiss Surface Commercial hardware business. In this role, you will be a representative of the Surface business to both internal as well as external stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and driving Surface opportunities to closure. You will also need to have a technical mindset, being able to support customer conversations. As Deal coordinator you will be providing strategic deal support to our channel partners, helping unlock Surface programs to support deals.

  • Location: Switzerland, Zurich, hybrid (1-2 days in the office)
  • Requited start date: ASAP
  • Required end date: 30/06/2025 (Potential to extend to full 18-month contract depending on budget & performance)
  • Work schedule: 41 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Orchestration and Management: Drive and manage sales opportunities through the sales stages to close, identifying the best customer support experience on large opportunities. Collaborate with Microsoft field teams, Global Black Belt (GBB) teams, pricing specialists, and channel partners.
- Product Expert: You must become a product SME, understanding not only the Surface portfolio, but the programs and incentives available to make sure the customer has the best experience and outcome.
- Engagement Execution: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers looking to learn more about Surface, providing a welcoming and professional first impression on behalf of Microsoft.
- Opportunity Hunting: Identify, pursue and track Surface opportunities across all variations of customers in different sectors.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English as well as German written and spoken, Swiss German speaking skill is mandatory
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of hardware / Surface products and Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
