Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a private bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Test Automation Engineer.

Location: Geneva

Start date: Immediately

Duration: 12 months - with possibility of extension/ internalization

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate test scenarios using tools such as Cucumber and Tosca.
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Utilize Qtest for test management and reporting.
• Work with databases, including SQL and MongoDB, to validate data integrity and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide actionable insights to the development team.
• Potentially take on project management tasks, including planning, coordination, and delivery of testing activities.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Cucumber and Tosca.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MongoDB for database testing.
• Solid programming skills in Java.
• Experience with test management tools, particularly Qtest.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
