Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a AI and Automation Solutions Lead.

Location: Zürich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent

Main responsibilities

• Conceptualize automation strategies and collaborate with offshoring support to enhance the development process of automation tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient delivery
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation to ensure robustness and maintainability
• Utilize DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of automation tools
• Manage the technology end-of-life process for tools, including planning for decommissioning, migration, or upgrades as necessary
• Provide guidance and resolution for automation-related issues and ensure the successful delivery of automation tools
• Implement machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the capabilities of automation tools
• Lead the deployment of automation solutions, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration and adoption

Your skills

• Advanced degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in automation or a similar role, with experience as a Manager, within the Big 4 world is a plus
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or similar languages
• Experience with data integration and analysis tools such as PowerApps, Databricks, Alteryx, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to mentor and demonstrate strong managerial skills
• Proficient English skills, German is a plus
