Overview of contract:

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Geneva, we are looking for an Associate Banker to join a fun and vibrant team.

This is a fixed term contract for 9 months. Start date is 1st March 2025.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the banker team to assist in meeting client needs and objectives.
• Manage the secure transfer of funds and documents through electronic systems and Swift retrieval.
• Scan and organize physical mail, account opening documents, and other essential paperwork efficiently.
• Assist in Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Execute changes to Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA), General Power of Attorney (GPOA), signatory updates, and contact details as needed.
• Generate and prepare client statements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate on various regulatory projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Manage the submission of essential client documentation, including tax forms, online enrollment details, and more.
• Address and implement special pricing requests from clients in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Assist with audit requests by providing necessary information and documentation.

Your expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Fluency in Greek is highly desirable.
