Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate Specialist, Ethics & Integrity to join one of their clients, a non profit organisation, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

You will provide operational support to the Specialist Ethics & Integrity and join the Workstream within the Ethics Office.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in law and/or public or business administration, or other relevant field or equivalent professional training or work experience.
• Professional experience in multicultural environments, ideally in international development/humanitarian context and experience with engaging with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in Ethics or Compliance, with conflict-of-interest management or Code of Conduct adoption and enforcement.
• Very good communication skills and ability to communicate clearly, concisely, effectively, and diplomatically.
• Ability to communicate sensitively about ethics matters across a wide spectrum of stakeholders (internally and externally).
• Very good presentation skills, excel/database and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An excellent knowledge of English and French are required
