Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Business Analyst - IT Application support to join one of their clients, an international company.

You'll work with the core comapny's system and you'll prvide support to all the users across the countries.

Mission :

• Provide support on the CTRM for worldwide users during their day to day tasks (including pricing, exposure, pnl, VaR, invoicing, accounting and treasury matters and more),
• Escalate supports when required to development team and ensure following-up with them,
• Collect and understand the users requirements of enhancement about the CTRM and liaise with the development team,
• Train the users and the new comers on any part of the CTRM and/or other in-house applications,
• Solve the issues around the business applications including jobs monitoring, interfaces and servers. You'll collaborate with DBA, network, infrastructure and development teams.
  
  

Profile :

• Bachelors or Master's degree in IT,
• Min 4 years in the field of IT software applications in the commodities trading business with involvement into business applications change management and day-to-day operation and support,
• Good analytical and technical skills,
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle DB, basic programming,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
