Tasks:
- Gather supplier data and metrics according to ESG reporting standards.
- Verify accuracy, precision, and currency of vendor information.
- Identify and assess vendors based on ESG criteria.
- Analyze and compile Environmental, Social, and Governance data for reporting.
- Create and manage the Vendor ESG database.
- Establish contacts with vendors for extra ESG information.
- Track vendors' performance indicators related to ESG aspects.
- Work with the Procurement Business Excellence team on vendor ESG risk assessment and monitoring.
Must Have Skills
- Fluent in both English and German
- University degree/Diploma in data analytics or equivalent professional experience
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, highly meticulous, and very patient
- Able to perform Data cleansing, preparation, analysis, and visualization (reporting and dashboards)
- Proficiency in Office Package
- Good understanding and passion for sustainability and ESG aspects
- Proactive behavior
- Ability to work independently with a problem-solving approach
- Great communication skills
- Team player with integrity and exceptional social skills
