CMMS SME - RAM / JDE

On behalf of our Pharmaceutical client based in Neuchatel, we are looking for a candidate who has 2-3 years experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

Primary Duties of the job:
The principal purpose of this function is to be the SME on the CMMS systems used on Neuchatel Site.
Create, manage and insure integrity of the data stored in the CMMS system.
In addition, CMMS SME - RAM / JDE are responsible of the employee formation on their systems.

Responsibilities
60% Management of CMMS datas :
➢ Equipment / Measure instrument / TAGs creation
➢ Spare-parts creation and codification
➢ Creation / Modification / delation of Equipment Part-list
➢ Creation / Modification / delation of preventive and predictive maintenance Work-order
➢ Creation / Modification / delation of preventive calibration Work-order
➢ Hierarchy management of equipment in the systems
➢ Parameters modification

10% Management of the documentation and formation support linked to the CMMS systems
10% Dispense formation to all employees who need to have access to the CMMS System
15% Participation on CAPEX project as needed
5% Management of all project linked to the CMMS system

Education and Experience Requirements
Critical / Key skills:
➢ Knowledge of a GMP environment

Language & IT Skills:
➢ French is a must
➢ English is nice to have

Knowledge in Office
➢ Knowledge of a CMMS system like JD Edwards, BMRAM or SAP
