Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Data Analyst who has gained experience in a Marketing based environment.

This is a 2-year contract based in Zurich

Main responsibilities

• Ensure timely, consistent, and reliable delivery of reports to management and functional department heads
• Perform comprehensive and cross-functional data analysis and generate business insights
• Support ad-hoc data analysis
• Manage process optimisation (frameworks, standards, collaboration)
• Establish and maintain quality mechanisms and methods to ensure high data quality
• Design an automated reporting system and further develop reporting dashboards

Your skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis within Marketing
• Knowledge of statistical methods and analysis (e.g. SQL, R, Python, etc.)
• Experience working with business intelligence solutions, planning and forecasting systems, management reporting and key performance indicator systems
• Experienced working with analytics products (preferred: Google Marketing Platform, Tableau)
• Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
• Deep understanding of advertising and cloud technologies, as well as digital and data-driven marketing
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business informatics, statistics or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on business analytics or data science
