Data Collection Technician

As a Data Collection Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient collection of data from various devices. Under the guidance of Vendor data collection leadership, you are expected to operate both independently and collaboratively, adhering to project specifications to deliver high-quality results to MPT.

Resposibilites:

- Collect large data sets from devices as per project specifications.
- Transfer collected data to the Project Lead for analysis.
- Escalate and address issues encountered during data collection.
- Record data using start/stop commands via ADB or other tools.
- Identify and resolve failures and issues with devices.
- Re-flash devices with required builds for optimal performance.
- Install content on devices and troubleshoot related issues.
- Read, understand, and execute procedural documentation.
- Utilize ADB/Python scripts to run test cases.
- Understand computer file/folder structure to submit data files correctly.

Your Profile:

Previous experience in data collection and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using ADB, Python scripts, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of computer file/folder structures.
Ability to follow procedural documentation accurately.
Effective communication skills for issue escalation and resolution.
