Data Labeling Analyst


Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Data Labeling Analyst. It is a contract position based in Zürich at a large international company with a focus on Virtual & Augmented Reality.

What you will do:
- Create and modify data labels (frame-level and segment-level annotation) ensuring compliance to all ML research-driven requirements
- Assess data quality and compliance
- Support small-scale data-collection efforts through participant moderation
- Extended responsibilities:
o Support the research team in designing annotation guidelines and data-collection procedures from the ground up
o Coordinate external annotation vendors, including day-to-day quality supervision

Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Team oriented with attention for detail.
- Ability to turn high-level research requirements into precise annotation procedures.
- Ability to identify common positive and failure patterns in data.
- Familiarity and ability to learn to use new tools in a IT focused environment
- Nice to have: Some entry-level analytics focused programming skills (e.g. excel/python) Experience:
- Prior experience in image-based (computer-vision) data annotation and quality assurance supporting ML-focus research
