Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Data Labeling Annotation Specialist. It is a contract position based in Zürich at a large international company with a focus on Virtual & Augmented Reality.

What you will do:

• Create and refine labels for frame-level and segment-level annotation across image and video sequences, adhering to specific ML research guidelines.
• Conduct hands-on data inspection to assess data quality, ensuring it meets compliance standards and project specifications.
• Perform regular quality checks on labeled data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with evolving project guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot labeling inconsistencies and work proactively to maintain high labeling standards.
• Assist in small-scale, on-site data collection, including moderating participants and facilitating efficient data-gathering processes.
• Collaborate with the research team to develop annotation guidelines and data collection procedures tailored to project needs.
• Coordinate with external annotation vendors, handling daily quality supervision and feedback.

Your profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with team members and external partners.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision and consistency in labeling and annotation work.
• Ability to identify common positive and failure patterns within datasets to support ML research.
• Competence with annotation tools and a readiness to learn new software and systems in a tech-driven environment.
• Ability to translate high-level research requirements into specific, actionable annotation procedures.
