What You'll Do

• Automation & Optimization: Develop and enhance automation for development and operational processes.
• Scripting & Development: Write scripts for software applications, modules, and interfaces.
• Containerization & Virtualization: Apply container technologies to optimize software deployment.
• Infrastructure Management: Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of development, test, and production environments.
• Monitoring & Performance: Oversee application availability, recoverability, and resource efficiency.
• DevOps Coaching: Support and mentor team members in DevOps methodologies.
• Documentation: Maintain system-related documentation and best practices.

What You Bring

• A degree in computer science, vocational training as a computer scientist (EFZ in application development), or relevant professional experience with additional IT certifications.
• Experience in application development and scripting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Familiarity with containerization, virtualization, and hyperconverged systems.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, independent working style, and a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in German and English (B2 level or higher is a plus).
• A background in the defense or security sector (e.g., military service) is an advantage.
