Experis IT is on the search for a Event Marketing Manager to join one of their clients, a well-known international company based in Switzerland. Start Date: ASAP

Duration: until February 2024 - extension or internalization possible

Location: Zurich, on site one day a week; (TUES/MI/DO), rest home office possible. Events usually take place during the week and take place throughout Switzerland. Weekend assignments possible but only once a year.

Workload percentage: 100%

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation and coordination of events, online or on site (e.g., Business Days)
• Participant management, inquiries, correspondence by email or telephone, maintaining participant data, on-site support during the event
• With the help of controlling & reporting of B2B events; Cost control, success measurement
• Employees involved in marketing the event, working with the event tool
• Management of the relevant contacts in marketing and sales
• Support in the conceptual development of the company Business Campus & continuous development of the customer journey.

Your Skills:

• Education or proven qualification in event management or marketing
• At least 2 years of practical experience in planning, implementing and coordinating events
• At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing, especially in the B2B environment
• Mother tongue Swiss or High German and fluent English
• Very good knowledge of MS 365 & MS Teams

Skills nice to have:

• Knowledge of French
• Social media affinity and experience with CMS systems (Certain, Wordpress etc.)
