Head ICT Engineering & Operations

Responsibilities

• Personnel and technical leadership and further development of the globally oriented ICT Engineering & Operation team
• Strategic and operational orientation of the department for further growth
• Operation and expansion of the qualified server, network & security infrastructure in line with the ICT and corporate strategy
• Maintaining relationships and managing our external supplier and partner network, including contract negotiation and budget responsibility
• Ensuring and further developing ITIL service processes and documentation in the qualified environment

Hardskills

• Many years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Proven ICT engineering & operations experience. Certifications/ specialisations in sub-areas such as virtualisation/ Microsoft Azure etc. are desirable.
• Experience in the Microsoft Azure environment and cloud services
• Experience/ certification in modern project management methods
• Experience/ certification in IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Experience in the GMP/GxP environment with CSV requirements is an advantage
• German and English spoken and written
