We are seeking a dedicated Manager IT Collaboration Solutions and Enterprise Applications Business Analyst for our client. In this globally responsible position, you will manage IT collaboration solutions, specifically Microsoft 365, and endpoint management. You will support the analysis and implementation of enterprise applications, including Learning Management Systems, Document Management Systems, and Quality Management Systems.

Major Accountabilities:

• Management and operation of IT services, including global website deployment and user life cycle management support.
• Execution of global Active Directory migration and integration.
• Enhancement of endpoint security and management of global endpoint standards.
• Leadership of the global service desk, including the team in the Philippines.
• Support and advisory for designated departments, sites, and companies.
• Project management for IT projects, including eBusiness implementations and new Microsoft 365 applications.
• Requirements analysis for enterprise applications in collaboration with global business units.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience with international companies and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Knowledge in Intune and Azure management at a global level.
• Experience in requirements analysis for enterprise applications such as LMS, QMS, CRM, and EMS.
• Ability to lead global teams.
• Familiarity with Japanese culture and management methodologies like Kaizen and KJ methodology is a plus.
• Flexibility, willingness to travel, and strong communication skills in English.
