IT Director

You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and execution of all IT-related activities across the organisation.

The role will involve:
-Overseeing ERP implementation.
-Managing a Microsoft environment.
-Whilst ensuring the highest levels of IT security to protect data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning, design, and implementation of ERP systems across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
-Manage ERP vendors and consultants, ensuring successful integration and optimization.
-Oversee Microsoft environment's operation and continuous improvement, including Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
-Drive the adoption of Microsoft technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration within the organization.
-Develop and implement robust IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
-Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities.

Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer
-Previous experience in implementing an ERP with success is mandatory, preferably within an international group.
-A previous experience in managing a team both hierarchically and functionally is mandatory.
-Familiarity with C#, .Net, .NET MVC pattern and with JavaScript and web applications is a plus
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-Strong service and customer-oriented attitude
-Attention to detail and ability to conduct accurate and comprehensive tests.
-Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and end-users.
-The good knowledge of English is mandatory, the knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus
