Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist with a focus on MacBook Operating Systems (MacOS) for an exciting project. The initial project duration offers the possibility of an extension, depending on project success and business needs. If you are skilled in MacOS and JAMF and want to actively contribute to the success of a dynamic project, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Start: ASAP or by agreement
Duration: 10/2024 to 06/2025 (with the option for extension)
Location: Bern
Work model: On-site (up to 3 days home office by arrangement)
Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Resolve employee incidents related to MacBook Operating System (MacOS) and ensure smooth system operation.
- Implement changes and coordinate OS upgrades within the scope of the project.
- Manage MacBook devices using JAMF (Apple Device Management).
- Collaborate with various IT teams to efficiently address technical challenges and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Completed technical training in IT, ideally with workplace operation experience.
- Strong expertise in managing and supporting MacOS systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting MacBook devices.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is a big plus.
- JAMF knowledge is a plus.
