IT Support System Engineer (1st/2nd Level support, German, AD)

Tasks:
- Handle Level 1 and 2 tickets related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues from employees
- Prioritize and categorize user problems in the client environment, providing solutions or escalating to the 3rd level as necessary
- Manage client error analysis, working closely with specialist departments when needed
- Participate in rollouts of company-specific software and hardware
- Utilize modern software distribution, client analysis, and management tools
- Maintain close customer contact via telephone, chat, and remote maintenance, providing support in both German and English
- Conduct client error analysis, ensuring collaboration with specialist departments for effective problem resolution
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, such as IT specialist or equivalent qualification
- Desire for analysis, solution-oriented work, and a drive to continuously improve our work processes
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in German and English, with knowledge of French considered a plus
