Our client is looking for a Jira Business Analyst (Service Management) to reinforce his team.

Mission / Role

Your main tasks :

• Lead/participate in discovery meetings to gather, define and formalize business requirements
• Perform the necessary business analysis and consultations to identify solution options and related benefits
• Contribute to preparing and building project plans and estimates
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with the offshore development teams to deliver the required IT capabilities
• Ensure that all analysis and requirements are captured within the agreed scope and budget
• Define test scenarios and ensure proper system testing is done, approved and signed-off

Experience / Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Jira implementation
• Good knowledge of Jira integrational aspects:
• Strong knowledge in analysis
• Very good problem solving, documentation and formalization skills
