Key Responsibilities:

• Data Verification and Update: cross-checking client data, updating records, and logging all changes.
• Document Collection and Validation: identifying documentation gaps, collecting missing documents from clients, and validating them.
• Risk Assessment: reassessing risk levels based on updated client information and integrating them into profiles.
• Compliance Check: comparing updated profiles with bank's standards and making necessary adjustments.
• Customer/Client Communication: drafting, sending, and following up on communication with clients or advisors for missing info.
• Record Keeping: logging all actions taken, maintaining records in compliance with bank's policies.
• Quality Assurance: conducting peer reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of the remediation work.

Your Skills:

• A degree in Banking / Business / Economics / Finance
• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a bank environment
• Be familiar with workflow applications to handle AML/KYC assessment
• Be familiar with AML/KYC regulations; ideally in Switzerland and/or United States
• Affinity to legal documentation. Ideally asset management contracts
• Ability to summarize contractual requirements
• Passionate about the client experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive team player with a successful track record in a demanding and dynamic environment analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions a multitasker
• Business fluent in English, any additional languages a plus
