Your Responsibilities:

• MBR (Master Batch Record) Design and Development: Create and modify Master Batch Records in the PAS-X Werum system, accurately representing manufacturing processes and requirements.
• Validation and Testing: Conduct thorough testing to validate MBRs, ensuring they function correctly and meet all regulatory and quality requirements.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with production, quality assurance (QA), and other departments to gather insights, data, and feedback needed for MBR development.
• Training and Support: Train end-users on MBR usage and provide support to help them use the records effectively in their operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve MBRs and related workflows, focusing on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and product quality.
• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all MBRs, including change histories, validation records, and user manuals to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure MBRs adhere to all relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Issue Resolution: Resolve issues or discrepancies in MBRs promptly to minimize disruptions in manufacturing operations.
• Project Management: Manage MBR development and implementation projects, ensuring timely completion within defined scope and objectives.
• Knowledge Sharing: Stay current on industry best practices and trends, actively sharing insights with team members to support a culture of continuous learning.

Your Skills:

• Proven experience with MBR development within the PAS-X Werum MES system.
• Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and MBR processes in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other regulatory requirements specific to pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.
• Effective collaboration skills to work closely with various departments, particularly production and quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills to convey instructions, updates, and training to end-users and team members.
• Ability to manage projects involving MBR design and implementation, keeping track of timelines, objectives, and cross-functional coordination.
• Quick problem-solving abilities to address issues in MBRs that may disrupt manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement processes, aiming to refine workflows and enhance MBR effectiveness.
• Strong documentation skills to manage detailed records of MBRs, including validations, updates, and user manuals.
• Fluency in German is a must
