Experis is a globally leading provider of personalized recruitment solutions and IT specialists.
Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to support a project based in Zurich, Glattpark. The position is initially for three months, with the possibility of an extension depending on project success and business needs. If you have solid experience in production planning, material management, and SAP, and want to work in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Start: ASAP or by agreement
Duration: 3 months (with the option for extension)
Location: Zurich, Glattpark
Work model: On-site (up to 3 days home office by arrangement)
Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Supporting the technical leads in creating and following up on purchase orders (SAP, Ariba)
- Managing stock movement orders, material master data cleaning, and materials requirement planning
- Supply planning, including returns and refurbishment planning (bonus)
- Managing supplier reports and spare parts
- Handling invoice management and updating planning files (sales actuals, forecasts, supply plans, inventory updates)
- Reporting on product availability at various locations
Requirements:
- Experience with 3rd party manufacturing is a must
- Solid knowledge of supply chain management and 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Understanding of monthly and weekly planning processes
- Telecom experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and excellent experience with Excel and SAP (HANA, BI/BW, ERP)
- Fluency in either German with good English or English with good German
