Program Manager IT

OVERVIEW:
GMGQ DD&T Digital Supply is looking for an experienced program manager to strategize and implement the Global Transportation and Logistics Execution initiative. The candidate should have strong project management, business and IT know how in Supply Chain, coordination skills to oversee the program from commencement to completion, ensuring that the program goals are reached.
Responsibilities:
* Define the program's governance arrangement
* Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, and implementation plan
* Manage program communications and ensure alignment between the different teams involved in the program.
* Setup central risks and issue register to analyze, evaluate, and manage program/project risks
* Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the initiative.
* Prepare program reports and facilitate meetings with the program sponsors and Steering Committee.

REQUIREMENTS:
Required skills and qualifications:
* Five or more years of experience in program management
* Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation and organization
* Experience in managing stakeholders
* Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge in SAP ECC system, particularly in Supply Chain Management
* Experience in Pharmaceutical industry and knowledge in GxP Validation

Preferred skills and qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in Agile Project Management Methodologies
