Key Responsibilities:

• Independent management of individual FTTH expansion clusters in the subsidised expansion
• Holistic view and compliance with the components budget and time; quality
• Documentation and presentation of project progress for business and programme management
• Budget monitoring for the clusters for which you are responsible
• Organisation and moderation of meetings with those involved in the expansion (e.g. project staff, contractors, public authorities, etc.)
• Independently solving cluster-specific problems
• Participation in organisation and follow-up of construction management meetings
• Ensuring the interests of the client and compliance with the requirements of the funding body in relation to the broadband project
• Classifying and eliminating faults or initiating escalation measures if necessary
• Contact person for questions regarding contract / supplementary management
• Acting in an advisory capacity at meetings with mayors, town hall meetings and community meetings
• Driving forward and optimising expansion, billing and documentation
• Project and contract management
• Checking and approving measurements from subcontractors, including civil engineering and fibre optic installation

Your Skills:

• Experience in civil engineering/infrastructure projects required ideally in subsidised broadband expansion projects
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in infrastructure projects
• Leadership qualities and experience in projects or as programme management
• Proven independent project management including project completion required
• FTTx experience desirable
• Knowledge of construction management with subcontractors, ideally in civil engineering
• DIPPS knowledge desirable
• German C1 is a must
