On behalf of our Client, we are looking for:
Technical Project Manager
Location: Zurich, up to 3 days Home office / week
Workload: 100%
Contract duration: 1 year, with high possibility to extend it

Your responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for planning, execution, and completion of customer projects across metals, renewables, and oil & gas sectors.
- Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and scope while ensuring contractual and financial targets are met.
- Leading a global, mostly virtual project team across functions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Driving project reporting, change management, and resource optimization.
- Supporting internal process improvements using Lean Six Sigma.
What do you bring:
- Degree in Engineering or Business, with at least 2 years' experience in complex project management.
- Knowledge of drive systems (motors, transformers) is an advantage.
- PMP, IPMA, project certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer focus, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Experience in contract/claim management and working within global organizations.
- Fluent in English. German or Italian is a plus.
Open to both mid-level and senior-level candidates; junior profiles are considered if they demonstrate the right attitude and some procurement experience.
