RAMS & Quality Engineer - Bern

On behalf of our Pharmaceutical client based in Bern, we are looking for a RAMS and Quality Engineer for a Contract opportunity of 6 months (extension is hghly possible) in Bern.

Aim of the position
Close cooperation with all technicians, team and department
Ensure that master data and new data match the life cycle data.


Essential duties

• Working with engineers and equipment owners as well as external providers
• Internal exchange via technical drawing and document management systems to ensure that the requirements of the location are met
• Technical Optimization of processes and systems / improvement measures impact assessment
• Initiates and identifies opportunities for technical and economical optimization of processes and systems
• Support the organization to guarantee the technical qualified status according to the current given internal and external requirements supporting the specific qualification owner
• Performance measurement
• Delivery on annual goals & objectives, guided by Our Credo and Leadership Imperatives

Education & Experience

• Preferably engineering diploma (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical) or
• User knowledge, experience in systems of maintenance management, compliance, GMP and other regulatory standards

Skills & Competences

• Oral and written communication skills at different hierarchical levels
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Analytical skills
