Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Location: Zürich
Start date: 16.09.2024
End date: 31.12.2024
Main responsibilities
- Establish state-of-the-art reporting framework to Management and BoD
- Review of current reports available and consolidation into one reporting
- Identify new reporting needs based on group standards, legal or regulatory requirements
- Automatisation
- Review and amendments of P&Ps
- Training
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure project is completed on time and within scope
- Facilitate discussions with senior internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of project goals
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Finance, or Compliance, preferably in Trust Business, Asset Management, or Private Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss and international regulatory environments.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and independent work skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
