Project Manager Reporting for Trust Company

Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Location: Zürich

Start date: 16.09.2024

End date: 31.12.2024

Main responsibilities

  • Establish state-of-the-art reporting framework to Management and BoD
  • Review of current reports available and consolidation into one reporting
  • Identify new reporting needs based on group standards, legal or regulatory requirements
  • Automatisation
  • Review and amendments of P&Ps
  • Training
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure project is completed on time and within scope
  • Facilitate discussions with senior internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of project goals

Your skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Finance, or Compliance, preferably in Trust Business, Asset Management, or Private Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss and international regulatory environments.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and independent work skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
