Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist, Training, Awareness and Ethics Capacity, PSEAH to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

This role acts as a provider of technical assistance and guidance for protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) capacity-building among the Clients implementers and a content developer of educational, awareness-raising, and training materials related to PSEAH.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in relevant area (for example: Gender studies, behavioral health, social science, literature and language, international relations, public policy, law, public health).
• Five years professional experience in PSEAH or a related field, including creation of training and awareness materials.
• Experience operating in multicultural/global environments in international development or humanitarian context or related complex environment
• Ability to communicate sensitively about SEAH across a wide spectrum of stakeholders (internally and externally).
• Established ability to work in high-stakes, sensitive environments.
• Professional fluency in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese
