As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Requirements and Test Engineer with an experience in a safety critical domain (m/f)
1. Main mission:
- You work independently within an Agile team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- You collaborate with end users and cross-functional teams to gather business needs and functional requirements.
- You interpret Functional System Requirements (FSRE) provided by Business Analysts.
- You draft, review, and update Equipment Requirements (ERE) with the Product Owner in Polarion, ensuring traceability to the FSRE.
- You develop and maintain test cases in Polarion to achieve full coverage of Equipment Requirements (ERE).
- You configure and prepare test platforms.
- You develop automated test scripts for the testing environment using tools like Squish and Python.
- You execute both manual and automated tests during the sprint's Build phase or during Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and document the results.
- You analyze and report bugs in the issue tracking database, contributing to their classification.
- You serve as the point of contact for clarifying defects or Equipment Requirements (ERE) concerns.

3. Mandatory technical skills:
- You possess proven experience in writing system and software specifications, as well as in system and software testing.
- You have proven experience with test automation tools, particularly using Python (experience with Squish and Jenkins is a significant asset).
- Experience with Polarion is a major advantage for this role.
- Experience in Java development is a plus.
- Experience in Java with JUnit for test automation is an added advantage.
4. Prior experience:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
- Familiarity with standards such as ED153/ED109A or ED12B/C is highly advantageous.
5. Languague requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory,
- French level: B1
- German is a plus.
