Your Responsibilities:

  • System Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD and CS modules, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Manage SAP-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
  • Customization and Configuration:
  • Customize and configure the SAP SD and CS modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide comprehensive support and training to end-users, developing training materials, and conducting workshops on new functionalities and processes.
  • Business Process Improvement:
  • Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize sales, distribution, and customer service operations.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all SAP processes adhere to relevant regulations and company policies, and generate reports to provide insights into sales and customer service performance.

What do you bring:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of SAP SD and CS modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Proficiency in SAP system administration and problem-solving.
    • Understanding of related SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP) and their integration points.
  • Project Management:
    • Experience in managing SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving:
    • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities to address system issues and user concerns.
    • Capability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with users, IT staff, and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
