Duration: 31.12.2024 + chance of extension

Location: Remote (in Switzerland) with 1 or 2 trip per Month to Schaan, Lichtenstein

Workload percentage: 100%

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of SAP PP-PM (Plant Management) solutions, ensuring seamless integration of production and quality control processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency
• Spearhead the conception and execution of SAP PP PM solutions, fostering collaboration with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing objectives
• Drive seamless integration of production and quality control processes across SAP modules, optimizing workflow efficiency and data integrity
• Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing business requirements, offering strategic recommendations to streamline operations and enhance productivity
• Utilization of SAP PP PM systems, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing system capabilities
• Develop and implement tailored training programs for end-users, facilitating comprehensive understanding and effective adoption of SAP solutions within the manufacturing environment
• Evaluate the ramifications of SAP updates and changes on manufacturing operations, proactively implementing change management strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity

Your Skills:

• Deep functional/process knowledge of the SAP module in focus like SAP PP, SD, CS, FI etc. (mandatory)
• Implementation experience in SAP ERP and S/4HANA (to know the differences) manly design, build and test (mandatory, ERP experience nice-to-have)
• Experience with the different simplification items (relevant for the SAP module in focus) (mandatory)
• Experience with SAP upgrades and conversions (nice-to-have)
• Good communication and leadership skills (to structure problems, to track issue resolution, to guide)
• Work experience with offshore (mandatory)
• Work experience with agile project methods (nice-to-have)
• Experience with system validation in the pharmaceutical industry (nice-to-have)
• Nice-to-have: SAP PM (Plant maintenance)
• Fluency in German is a must
