This entails extensive knowledge of SAP applications (SAP ECC - S/4HANA CS and SD) within an Industrial Machinery and Components business context, coupled with strong business acumen and service value stream management experience.

Manage and optimize SAP CS/SD systems to ensure seamless integration and potential expansions.
Optimize end-to-end service value streams and implement ITIL best practices.
Cultivate strong relationships with various business stakeholders and provide technical insights supporting sales and customer service objectives.
🎓 Your Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Business, IT, or Engineering.
Extensive expertise and proven track records in SAP ECC - S/4HANA SD and CS modules.
Knowledge of SAP ECC - S/4HANA integration with SAP Commerce and Service cloud, SAP FSM, SAP CPQ an asset.
Familiarity with Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in SAP systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is advantageous.
