About the Role
Our client-a recognized leader in core-banking solutions, named "Best Core-Banking Platform 2024"-is seeking a Splunk Expert to support IT service monitoring and automation. This temporary mission will run until the end of the year in Lausanne. You will join a global environment, collaborating with international teams, and contribute to the deployment of a next-generation observability platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Splunk (Enterprise & ITSI) clusters, manage forwarders, optimize performance.

• Migrate from legacy monitoring tools to Splunk, guiding teams in dashboard creation and metric setup.

• Automate daily tasks using Ansible (or similar scripting tools).

• Collaborate with Dev and Prod teams across multiple locations.

• Propose continuous improvements (KPIs, processes, tools).

Your Profile

• 2+ years as a Splunk administrator (indexer/search head clusters, forwarder management, app development).

• Experience with IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) or similar solutions is a plus.

• Familiarity with Linux administration (Red Hat-based), Docker, Git (CI/CD), Ansible.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to train/coach on monitoring best practices.

• Fluent in French and English.
