Overview of contract:

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Swift AMH Specialist responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the Swift AMH.

Location: Zürich

Start date: ASAP

End date: May 2026

Main responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation, setup, and customization of the Swift AMH platform to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Develop and manage seamless integration between Swift AMH and existing systems, ensuring secure data flow and communication.
• Monitor system performance, perform updates, and optimize platform functionality to improve efficiency and uptime.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve messaging, integration, or configuration problems.
• Customize workflows, routing rules, and develop tailored solutions to align the AMH platform with specific business requirements.
• Deliver training to users and teams, and create comprehensive technical documentation for configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and Swift representatives to ensure alignment and best practices.
• Assist project managers and business analysts in ensuring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or similar
• 6-8 years' experience in the banking area, particularly with SWIFT infrastructure and messaging solutions
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT AMH, SAA, FIN, ISO 20022
• Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server), operating systems (Unix/Linux) and network protocols
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English and German
